We carefully pack every VEILOIA product to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Processing & Delivery

- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

- Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

- Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days from the date your order is placed.

Packaging

Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch and securely packaged using protective materials to help ensure your fragrance arrives in excellent condition.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order under the following circumstances:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please Note

For hygiene, safety, and product authenticity reasons, we cannot accept returns of fragrances that have been opened, used, or have had their protective seal removed, unless the item is faulty, damaged during delivery, or supplied incorrectly.

Refunds

Approved claims are eligible for either:

- A full refund to your original payment method, or

- A replacement item at no additional cost.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 10 business days, although your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
