6. Damage Policy
While we take care in packaging, damages may occasionally occur during transit. To prevent misuse, we enforce a strict verification process.

To qualify for a replacement or refund for damaged items:

- Evidence: Please provide clear photos showing the package opening and the damage.

Claims without photographic proof or where damage occurs after delivery handling will be declined.

A. Damaged Bottles on Delivery
If a perfume bottle arrives damaged:

- Submit the photographic proof.
- If approved, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund.
B. Opened or Used Bottles
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered perfume bottles are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund unless they are defective.
C. Rejected Claims
Returns or refund requests that do not meet the above conditions or lack required proof will be rejected.
