Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, shipping and delivery take an additional 3–5 business days.
You can expect your order to arrive within approximately 4–7 business days from the time of purchase.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Q: What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

2. Returns & Refunds


Q: What is your return policy?

A: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, products must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging.

Q: Can I return a perfume if I’ve opened it and don’t like the scent?

A: No. For hygiene, safety, and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept returns on any fragrance that has been opened or had its protective seal broken. We recommend purchasing our paid sample test packs before buying a full-size bottle.

Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

A: Please contact us immediately at uk@atominc.co with your order number. To process the claim, please provide clear photos showing the damage or the incorrect item. Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
