We are pleased to offer complimentary free standard shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom.

4. Order Processing Time
- Handling Time: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the following business day.

- Transit Time: After dispatch, please allow 3–5 business days for shipping and delivery.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are expected to arrive within approximately 4–7 business days from the time of purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch.

We take great care to ensure that all products arrive in excellent condition. Each order is securely packaged using protective materials, including bubble wrapping, and placed in durable, multi-layered boxes suitable for safe transit.
8. Delivery Issues and Late Orders
If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us immediately at uk@atominc.co, including your name and order number. We will promptly investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
9. Responsibility and Risk
Responsibility for the order passes to the customer once the parcel has been delivered to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details supplied by the customer or by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
