Processing & Delivery

Packaging

Please Note

For hygiene, safety, and product authenticity reasons, we cannot accept returns of fragrances that have been opened, used, or have had their protective seal removed, unless the item is faulty, damaged during delivery, or supplied incorrectly.

Refunds

Approved claims are eligible for either:

- A full refund to your original payment method, or

- A replacement item at no additional cost.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 10 business days, although your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
