Each perfume is securely wrapped using multi-layer protective packaging and bubble wrap, ensuring the bottle stays intact and ready to use upon arrival.
Once your order is confirmed, it’s processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase. We have a clear and fair policy for returns.
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery under two conditions:
- For Unopened Items: If you change your mind, you can return any product that is completely unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- For Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. To be eligible for a claim, a clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened or used, or for reasons of personal scent preference. We highly recommend our paid sample packs to ensure you are confident in your choice.
Approved claims are eligible for either a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement item. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after a claim is approved.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To verify any return or damage claim, an unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
Your video must clearly show:
- The sealed parcel with visible shipping label.
- The entire unboxing process (no cuts or pauses).
- The damage or wrong product if applicable.
Claims without video proof cannot be accepted.
